We include our personal contact information with every puppy. Our relationship with our families doesn't end on pickup day, it's just the beginning.
All puppies go home at 8 weeks old. You'll be notified approximately 6 weeks in advance of your go-home date. Families have a 2–3 day grace window from that date to arrange pickup, please plan your schedule accordingly, as boarding fees apply after the grace period ends.
Pickup is at our home in Charlotte, where you'll get to see where your puppy was raised. Families have a grace period from the go-home release date to collect their puppy. If you need us to hold your puppy beyond that window, boarding is available at $25/day.
We welcome families outside the Charlotte area. Ground transportation and flight nanny options are available for out-of-state families, just reach out and we'll find the best fit. We do not cargo ship puppies, as we believe it goes against the ethical standard of care every puppy deserves.
Our litters fill quickly, often before puppies are born. The best way to secure a puppy is to reach out early and get on our waitlist.
