From your first inquiry to bringing your puppy home, here is exactly what to expect when working with Patton Premier Labradors.
We believe in a process built on communication and transparency. Here is how we walk every family through finding and bringing home their Patton Premier Labradors puppy.
Fill out our form, email, or call. Tell us about your family and what you're looking for. We respond within 24–48 hours.
Gabriela reaches out personally, shares litter info, and gets to know you. Health records, pedigrees, and parent photos available on request.
A $500 deposit secures your spot on the waitlist and applies toward the purchase price. Accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Good Dog.
Once the litter arrives, photo updates and milestone check-ins begin. Our puppies go through an ENS program in their first week.
Choose your puppy based on your waitlist position and preferences. We're happy to help guide you, we know each puppy's personality well.
Puppies go home at 8 weeks old with a 2–3 day pickup window. Pickup at our home in Charlotte, NC. Boarding available at $25/day if needed.
We stay in touch long after your puppy goes home, answering questions, celebrating milestones, and loving the updates. Our relationship with our families is something we're genuinely proud of.
We want every family to be able to bring home a Patton Premier Labradors puppy, no matter where you are. In addition to local pickup in Charlotte, we offer two convenient delivery options for families outside our area.
For families in other cities or states, we can arrange for your puppy to travel with a professional flight nanny. Your puppy is accompanied in-cabin the entire flight, no cargo, no crates alone in the hold. This is the safest and most stress-free option for long-distance families.
Contact us for current flight nanny pricing →If flying isn't the right fit, we offer ground transportation delivery at $1.50 per mile from our home in Charlotte, NC. This is a great option for families within driving distance who are unable to make the trip themselves.

Every Patton Premier Labradors puppy comes with a written 1-year genetic health guarantee covering life-threatening congenital defects. If a qualifying condition is diagnosed within the first year with veterinary documentation, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
To activate the guarantee, your puppy must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup and a copy of that exam must be sent to us. Our OFA-tested parents are the reason we can stand fully behind this, healthy parents produce healthy puppies.
